Never try to work from your smartphone in bed

Never try to work from your smartphone in bed. It leaves you in a depressed state, sick with procrastination. Because you get too comfortable and lazy. Jump out of bed and sit up alert in front of your desktop. Back straight, shoulders back. Make a little study and private world adorned with your favourite books as inspiration. Dress comfortably but also professionally. 

Start writing feverishly on your keyboard. Get up now and then and walk around in the adjoining rooms. Stretch your legs and eyes. Then back to work!
