Who are the superagers?

The "superagers" are people blessed with protective genes that allow them to enjoy a full and active life well into their 80s, 90s and beyond. But these people are few and far between.
 
Exercise is the number one magic bullet for the rest of humanity trying to extend life and reduce all major diseases of ageing.

Walk if you can't exercise. It is very underrated.

Apart from physical exercise what else can people do?

Stay curious and keep exercising your mind. It is also important to stay socially connected.

Scientists are working on drugs that will slow the fundamental molecular process at which cells age. These drugs on the horizon will help us live healthier lives, not just longer - due to advances in medicine and end of life care.
